L&P Machine’s Quality Management System is ISO 9001:2000 certified. L&P’s quality system guides your product through each step of the manufacturing process from order to shipment. Our highly trained staff is committed to achieving and maintaining the highest standards for every product L&P manufactures. And our manufacturing equipment features the latest in electronic controls and precision design, to produce your parts with the accuracy you need.

Quality Assurance

Our in-house quality program includes on floor verification of dimensions by our trained machinists and inspectors. Parts are evaluated with state-of-the-art measuring equipment to ensure highest quality and compliance to all specifications. L&P is ISO 9001:2000 registered, and also maintains compliance with MIL-SPEC/ANSI, and NIST.

Current coordinate measuring machines (CMM) include:

  • BRT-710 CNC Coordinate Measuring Machine (x = 28”, y = 40”, z = 24”)
  • BRT-M507 Manual Coordinate Measuring Machine ((x = 20”, y = 28”, z = 16”)
  • B241 Manual Coordinate Measuring Machine (x = 28”, y = 40”, z = 24”)
